The unit

Berry Street, behind the ring road

Unit 4, Berry Street, Wolverhampton WV1 1HA. Black shutter, yellow door, no sign worth looking for. Fifteen minutes on foot from the railway station; the multi-storey on Fryer Street is two minutes away and free after 17:00.

Click and collect is ready in two hours during shop hours. Bring the order number or just your name — we will have it on the bench.

The unit is on the flat, the door is 86 cm wide and there is no step at the threshold. The grip bench is at standing height; say the word and we will bring the board out to you.

How quickly do you actually reply?

Inside one working day, usually before lunch. Messages that land on Sunday or Monday are answered first thing Tuesday, because the shop is shut and so are we.

Can you hold something for me?

Forty-eight hours on anything in stock, no deposit. Tell us the size and the day you are coming in and it goes under the counter with your name on a strip of masking tape.

What does delivery cost from here?

£4.50 tracked anywhere in the UK, free over £60, 2–3 working days. Next-day is £8.50 with a 14:00 cut-off. We do not ship outside the UK yet; ask and we will tell you honestly when that changes.

How do returns work if I bought in the shop?

Same thirty days, bring the receipt or the card you paid with. Unworn with tags for a refund; worn once and genuinely wrong, come and talk to us and we will sort something out.

Do you take the waitlist seriously?

It is a notebook, not an algorithm, and it runs in the order the names went down. The Six-Panel Cap lands on 14 November and the first eleven names already have a size against them.
