The rail holds twelve lines and each one is re-ordered the week it runs down. That is why the list is short, and why whoever picks up the phone can tell you how an 8.25″ feels under a size 10 foot.

What does delivery cost and how long does it take?

£4.50 anywhere in the UK, free once the basket passes £60. Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day leave the same afternoon and land in 2–3 days. Next-day is £8.50 and cuts off at 14:00.

Can I send something back if it does not fit?

Thirty days from the day it arrives. It has to be unworn with the tags on, and we pay for the return label — print it from the e-mail or ask us to post you one. Refunds land back on the card within five working days.

How does the wear fit — is it true to size?

Everything is cut boxy and sits one size roomier than a standard fit. A medium hoodie measures 61 cm chest flat and 69 cm body length. If you are between sizes and want it close, size down; for layering over a hood, stay where you are.

Which deck width should I ride?

8.25″ for street and ledges, 8.5″ if you are over six foot or you ride transition. Both come with grip fitted free. Tell us your shoe size when you order and we will say which way we would go.

What turns up in the box?

The piece itself, a printed care card, two shop stickers and a paper return label. Decks also carry a sheet of grip, already cut, plus eight bolts and a spare nut.

Something is sold out — can you tell me when it lands?

Yes. Every sold-out line keeps its price and a dated return — the Six-Panel Cap is back on 14 November. Send us a message with the size you want and we will hold one for 48 hours when it lands.
